XplOit
It is the aim of this project to accelerate predictive research and the translation of its results into clinical practice through a novel generation of advanced semantic (ontology-based) data integration tools and a corresponding information technology (IT) platform that will facilitate the exploitation of health related heterogeneous data sources for the development, validation and clinical usage of predictive models. Performance assessments of the resulting platform and tools will be covered by modelling research of high impact in healthcare in the area of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
