Nursing Service - Wards

Welcome to homepage of the Department of Neurosurgery´s Nursing Care Unit!

As nursing manager of the clinic one of my main tasks is the organization of basic and treatment care and the workforce management of all health workers, nurses as well as interns, trainees and apprentices in caring professions. My duties also include recruitment and transfers.

Very important for me are good interdisciplinary communication and the quality of care within our clinic.

To ensure the enhancement of the quality of our nursing care, a special working group of nursing staff was established. Its aim is to examine regularly the care situation, identify possible deficiencies, and to improve the care situation of our patients.

We are dedicated to advancing the development of our nursing care quality, to guarantee security and continuity in the daily nursing routine.

I am available at all times to answer questions from patients and relatives, and I am always open for suggestions for  improving patient care.
