TTS Konsensusempfehlungen zur CMV Infektion nach Organtransplantation
Internationale Consensusguidelines
Das folgende Konsensusdokument, das von einem Expertengremium der TTS (The Transplantation Society) initiiert wurde, fasst praktische Empfehlungen zum Management der CMV Infektion nach Organtransplantation zusammen (Diagnostik, Immun-basierte Tests, Prävention, Therapie, Resistenz und spezielle Aspekte der Pädiatrie). Eine aktualisierte, dritte Auflage dieser Empfehlungen wurde im März 2017 in Toronto erarbeitet und wurde wie folgt publiziert:
